What’s the Structure and Composition of Faucet?
The faucet, we often use in the bathroom, has structure and composition, and the quality of its structure and composition has a direct impact on its performance. I believe that many people has no idea of the structure and composition of faucet, so let me introduce some knowledge about this aspect for you!
1.The valve The structure of the faucet valve has four types--ceramic valve, ball valve, stainless steel valve and rubber valve. Ceramic valve is a new type valve of new material, especially the imported ceramic valve which has characteristics of good sealing performance and physical performance. Currently, faucet valve on the market in addition to Chinese production, is mainly dependent on imports of the product, the normal life of the general import valve is in 5-10 years, and for the replacement of maintenance you can only change a valve.
2.The finish The common finish of faucet contains chrome, titanium plating, painting, gold, brushed and so on. The thickness of the coating surface is one of the considerations, and you can look at the finish to see if it is available for bright plating surface and whether surface reflecting object is good. The chrome finish of imported faucet is generally thick, antioxidant and non-shedding, and gold layer has a special protective film, which will keep the coating is not easily fall off.
3.The body material Usually, we use bronze as the material of faucet body, but nowadays we often use brass instead of bronze. The copper content of high end faucet is more than 85%, and if you cut open the body, the imported faucet body basically has no pores appearing, but the national faucet which has backward process and limited of brushed finish technology does not has the advantages for withstanding high pressure, high temperature and anti-corrosion.
I think after reading these knowledge above, the customers will understand something about the faucet, and I hope it can help to buy faucet. And make sure consider some product according to the aspects of valve, finish and material!
